Refund Policy

Project deposits, professional services, quotations and related to construction payments are governed by the applicable written agreement, quotation or engagement terms. Where a refund is applicable, eligibility and timing will depend on the services already performed, approved project expenses, external commitments and the applicable agreement. Requests for cancellation or refund should be submitted in writing with relevant project details. Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method and within a reasonable processing period. This policy does not override mandatory rights available under applicable New Zealand law. SLV Projects may clarify or update this policy as its commercial arrangements develop.
